Illuminations Refill Service
Do you have empty jars from your previously purchased candles?
At PKM Creations we consider that we have a role to play in helping to reduce the amount of refuse created through the purchase and use of our products.
Therefore, we offer our customers a Refill Service which allows for any containers from candles purchased through PKM Creations to be refilled and reused.
You can utilize our Refill Service by:
Removing and discarding the old wick tab from the base of the jar.
Thoroughly cleaning the jar to remove any traces of the previous candle.
Packaging your jars carefully (including lids) and posting them back to PKM Creations. {Please ensure your glassware is well wrapped with bubble wrap to avoid breakages during transit}
Contacting us with your refill request.

Once we have received your package and request, we will refill your candle containers and contact you when your order has been completed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which containers can be refilled?
It is possible to refill any of our Metro Jars, Mosaic Pots, Tumblers & Cubes, and any other glass containers we offer as part of our Illuminations range through our online store.
Please note: We cannot accept chipped or cracked glassware for refilling - these items should be discarded in the appropriate manner.
How long will it take to complete my refill request?
We will endeavour to have your order completed within 3 days of receiving your empty jars. This time may vary however depending on the fragrances requested and the level of supplies we have in stock. If requesting a particular fragrance that is not part of our usual range, it will take time to source the necessary supplies in order to complete your request. We will contact you should this be the case.
Can I send you jars or containers from candles I purchased elsewhere?
No. Unfortunately we cannot accept requests to fill containers other than those purchased directly from PKM Creations as we cannot guarantee that your refill candles will burn as safely, efficiently or effectively as they should. Our candles are created with good quality glassware that is produced especially for use as candle containers and our wicks, wax type and fragrance volumes are chosen specifically to suit the kinds of containers we use to produce our candles.
How will I pay for my refill order?
On completion of your order, we will contact you to let you know your order is ready, and invoice you directly. Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has cleared.
Can I expect to pay the return shipping charge?
Yes. We offer very reasonable rates for our refill service therefore we do not offer free shipping returns. We will always choose the cheapest shipping option possible when returning your containers to you.
Can I ask for a quote before sending my jars to you for refilling?
Absolutely! We would be happy to provide you with an indicative costing. Simply contact us via any of our communication networks -we'd love to hear from you!
